Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your sustainable hemp garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
